In our world of chaos the basic haircut has become a necessity instead of an experience. At Mad Men Barbershop we are inspired to blend a new experience with the beauty of old traditions. We do this by offering a variety of services designed to meet every clients needs and expectations.
Shop Cancellation Policy.
We Understand that sometimes plans change, and we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice may be subject to 50% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the cost associated with holding your appointment time, which could have been booked by another client.
No- Shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the FULL PRICE of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Providing adequate notice allows us to better serve all our clients and maintain an efficient schedule.

Booking Policy.
Schedualed appointments are strongly encouraged in advance to secure their preferred date and time.
Appointments can be made by phone, online or in person at the shop.
We recommend booking at least 24hrs in advance to guarantee availability. same day appointments may be available, but are subject to barber and time slot availability.
ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED UNDER THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO IS RECIEVING THE SERVICE ,WHETHER THAT IS AN ADULT OR CHILD. Multiple appointments booked under the same names will be cancelled. If you are trying to make multiple appointments for different people please call the shop so we can help you set that up as our system does not allow the use of the same email for more then one person.
We are happy to hold your appointment 5 minutes past the appointment time. Anything past that the shop reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
Please make sure you read our menu before booking an appointment so you are able to book in for the correct services, we rarely are able to add anything extra once you are in our chair as are appointments are usually booked back to back, and anything extra would be based on availability.
If you are booking online please make sure you have received your appointment conformation. If you have not received one after booking this means the appointment didn’t not go through.
Mad Men reserves the right with online booking to make adjustments to appointments. ( I.E. times, dates, and barbers based on availability so please check your conformation emails for any adjustments to your appointments.
